Yoga for hair

Now, yoga for hair, what is it? An ancient and secret way of twisting your hair that only a very few men on this earth know about? No, just some exercises that will improve your health, some of them are specifically targeted for hair problems.

These exercises can be separated in two categories:

  1. breathing exercises (involving breath… if you’re still suspicious, just go and watch “Little Buddha” with Keanu Reeves and a cute little blond boy)
  2. “Physical” exercises (even if breathing is physical, those exercises are more related to your “other” muscles, if you have any left…)

Seriously, all you need is time and patience. Everyone can do it in it’s own wayYou don’t need to look like someone to be right, you just need to feel that what you do makes you feel better (if you’re honest with yourself) and if it doesn’t, just stop, you might be doing it wrong.
